Street Awareness for Civilians
This course is designed to impart the basic skills that are a basis for future survival on the street. Skill and confidence will be gained and reinforced as practice of these basic street awareness techniques is continued.

At the conclusion of this course the student will be required to demonstrate proficiency and skill in the course content by completing a self defense simulation scenario. During that scenario the student must assess the threat and temperament of the attacker and respond with the correct techniques to control the situation. The student will be required to properly react to different street confrontations and properly demonstrate safe and established techniques, tactics, and strategies to accomplish the scenario.

Undercover Investigations
This program is designed for the law enforcement professional. Topics include: undercover character and roles, conducting surveillance operations, clandestine monitoring techniques, informant control, informant development, operational security, officer safety concerns, tactical planning, defensive techniques, undercover forms and usage, technical considerations and equipment, gathering intelligence and types of undercover operations. Practical exercises are conducted to reinforce the classroom learning experience

Tactical Electronics And Urban Surveillance Techniques
This course is designed to provide the basic tools to conduct surveillance operations in an undercover capacity via vehicle, foot and/or stationary operations. The use of electronic devices, basic everyday tactics using the environment and urban surroundings, identifying counter-surveillance tactics and other topics will be discussed to assist the students in achieving their goals successfully. Practical Exercises will be conducted throughout the program to reinforce classroom instruction. This course can be customized specifically for your agency in 1, 2 or 3 day modules using your agencies surveillance equipment.

Executive Protection Awareness for the Protectee
TAG will provide protection for the executive and the family that feels there is a need for professional well-trained protective agents. TAG will also provide security site surveys, residential and employment threat assessments, employment investigations. TAG will also provide an awareness course for the executive and family.

Techniques of Leadership
This program is for all levels of criminal justice/law enforcement supervision. Topics include the concepts of leadership, motivation, leadership styles, management styles, leadership integrity, conflict management, evaluation and assessment.

Local Law Enforcement Homeland Security Issues
The purpose of this program is to assist local law enforcement officers in addressing issues of homeland security, which they may confront in the program of their duties. Emphasis will be placed on those issues and tactics, which may be of concern to various sized agencies. This program will cover the two basic issues, which make up the homeland security challenges, which are the prevention/ intervention of terrorist activity and the management of a terrorist incident. Topics covered include: Definitions of Terrorism, History of Terrorism, Terrorist Motivation, Terrorist Groups, and Intelligence Gathering. The program will conclude with scenario exercises and discussion of current threats and vulnerabilities. Student should be prepared to discuss local vulnerabilities.

Background Investigations
This program is designed to instruct law enforcement, fire, and public safety personnel in conducting and reporting background investigations on prospective employees. Topics include: role of the background investigator, sources of information, legal issues including the Americans with Disabilities Act, reporting practices, departmental policies and procedures, and applications for employment. Students are requested to provide a copy of their agency employment application package.

Street Drugs: Recognition and Identification
This program is designed for all law enforcement and criminal justice personnel. Topics include current controlled substances, trends, identification, packaging techniques, paraphernalia, and concealment locations (personal and vehicle).

Death/Critical Incident Notification
This program is open to all law enforcement and criminal justice personnel. Topics include: strategies for staying emotionally healthy as a crisis professional, coping techniques, “how to help” techniques, survivor issues, and communication techniques, communication methods, victim distress and human behavior.

Developing Confidential Informants
This seminar is designed to provide information to law enforcement investigators and professionals on how to cultivate and work confidential informants. A confidential informant is defined as someone who provides information to a police officer. This information may be provided openly whereby the informant serves as a witness in court, or it may be provided secretly whereby the informant wishes to remain anonymous. Ultimately, a law enforcement professional wants to use confidential informants to assist in furthering criminal or administrative investigations to their successful conclusion.

Protective Operations Course
This course is designed for agencies that provide the ability to effectively safeguard persons who, for whatever reason are placed into a possible kidnapping or assassination situation. This program will focus on the development of a small protective unit to recognize a serious threat and implement proper counter measures. Due to the sensitive information being presented. The enrollment must be restricted to Full Time Law Enforcement Personnel only. To have continuity to the material presented agencies should provide a minimum of (4) person teams with a maximum of (5) person team per agency. Topics include, but not limited to walking and driving formations, disarming techniques, gathering intelligence, threat assessments, advance surveys, close quarter tactics.

Internal Affairs Investigation
This program is for the law enforcement officer responsible for investigations of personnel. Topics include: types of misconduct, complaints (external and internal), investigatory procedures, standards, departmental policies and procedures, case history and law, officers rights, role of the investigator, administrative responsibilities, and managing the internal affairs unit.

Survival Tactics And Techniques For Street Confrontations For Females
This course is designed for females, who are too busy for normal martial arts classes, but realizes that street awareness of life. This course is designed to impart the basic skills that are a basis for future survival on the street. Skill and confidence will be gained and reinforced as practice of these basic street awareness techniques is continued.

Effective Non-Physical Intervention I & II
This course is designed for unarmed security guards that cannot use force nor have policies that pertain to other alternative or less than lethal options. This course is will impart the basic skills on reading body language, and observing danger signals. Skill and confidence will be gained and reinforced as practice of these basic awareness techniques is continued and maintained. The uniformed security officer will assess potential threats by identifying dangerous situations in advance and to de-escalate such situations by using dynamic verbal skills.

This course will also aid the officer in making a safe approach. These tactics actually set the stage of an encounter and indicate the intervention required. At the conclusion of this course the student will be required to demonstrate proficiency and skill in the course content by completing an awareness simulation scenario.

During that scenario the student must assess the threat and temperament of the subject and respond with the correct techniques to control the situation. The student will be required to properly react to different job related confrontations and properly demonstrate safe and established techniques, tactics, and strategies to accomplish the scenario.

Case Management
This program is designed for the detective/investigator and administrator/ supervisor. Topics include: policy, procedure, screening parameters, investigation case screening, assignments, and solvability vs. resolvability, monitoring, case closure and quality control, disposition, and complaint assignment journals. Students will be required to complete an investigative package. Students are requested to provide their agencies report forms for classroom training exercises.

Survival Awareness & Tactical Street Simulations for Law Enforcement
Understand the survival mindset of officers before, during and after an approach of suspects, by using proper verbal and survival skills. Each student must be able to understand the criminal element and use proper approach, handcuffing, defensive tactics, and weapon retention techniques. This course is designed for the uniformed and plain clothed officer to assist in identifying dangerous situations in advance by using dynamic verbal skills in the initial challenge. This course will also aid the officer in making a safe approach or by bringing the suspect back to the officers covered position. These tactics actually set the stage of an encounter and indicate the degree of force required. This course will also assist the uniformed a plainclothes officer in verbal challenges to use when making contact with fellow officers in an off-duty or undercover capacity and for the civilian who just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Fraud Awareness Training
This course is designed to educate, inform, identify, and provide resources to civilians, security personnel, and law enforcement officers about the growing trend in fraud. Criminals have become more sophisticated and developed elaborate fraud schemes as a result of advanced modern technology. More and more people have fallen prey to these schemes which appear to be legitimate and trustworthy. The course defines fraud, explains the effects of fraud on credit, finances, taxes, and provides resources. The course content discusses the following: check fraud, construction fraud, credit card fraud, donation scheme, employment scheme, identity theft, internet fraud, health care fraud, insurance fraud, mortgage/real estate fraud, mail schemes, international fraud, and telephone schemes etc…

Interview and Interrogation Techniques
This program will provide the law enforcement officer with an understanding of a non-verbal communication, interrogation techniques, effective listening styles, and legal requirements and limitations. Topics include Miranda and Escobedo, Behavioral Science in Profiling, statement analysis, representational systems, neuro-linguistic programming, child/juvenile interview techniques, and polygraph v. CVSA usage, interview pros and cons.
